We are tasked with staffing
The VA Northern California Healthcare System (VANCHCS) with Cardiologists. The Cardiologist is expected to do the following:
- Provide comprehensive cardiology care to patients.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of cardiovascular conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including echocardiograms, stress tests, and cardiac monitoring.
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on heart health, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
Requirements
- Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiology
- Fellowship training in Cardiology (Residency)
- Three to five years of Cardiologist experience
- Degree of Doctor of Medicine or an equivalent degree resulting from a course of education in medicine or osteopathic medicine.
- Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia.
Salary Description
$415,000 - $600,000
