Job Title:Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
Pay Range:$58-64/Hour Job Description:26/27 School Year | $58-64/Hour | Full Time | Algonquin, IL | Active BCBA Certification RequiredWhat You'll Do- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) in school settings to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors
- Develop individualized, data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) aligned with student needs and educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, administrators, and related service providers to implement effective behavior strategies
- Provide consultation and coaching to school staff to ensure fidelity of BIP implementation
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings as a behavioral expert and contribute to goal development and progress reporting
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
What We're Looking ForMust Have- Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Masters degree, or higher, in Behavior Analysis, Psychology or Education
- Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs in school-based settings
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior management strategies
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to school needs
- Department of Justice/FBI Background Check (or equivalent state or national fingerprint clearance)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Preferred- Experience supporting K-12 students with diverse behavioral needs
- Familiarity with Illinois special education regulations
- Strong consultation and staff training experience
