Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a BCBA to join our Enhanced Behavioral Support Home (EBSH) in Redding, CA.

Position Details

Salary Range: $108,000- $115,000 per year plus sign on bonus| Small Caseload | Flexible Schedule

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will work within the EBSH completing assessments, writing personalized Behavior Support Plans, and training and mentoring the support team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Merakey team to support all individual behavior support service needs
  • Conduct training related to the behavior support services for the participant, family members, and staff
  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Development and maintenance of Behavior Support Plans (BSP)
  • Work within multidisciplinary settings with physicians, nurses, direct staff, etc.
