Position DetailsSalary Range: $108,000- $115,000 per year plus sign on bonus| Small Caseload | Flexible ScheduleThe Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will work within the EBSH completing assessments, writing personalized Behavior Support Plans, and training and mentoring the support team.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Merakey team to support all individual behavior support service needs
- Conduct training related to the behavior support services for the participant, family members, and staff
- Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments
- Development and maintenance of Behavior Support Plans (BSP)
- Work within multidisciplinary settings with physicians, nurses, direct staff, etc.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:- Master's degree with BCBA Certification
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Behavior Analyst
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in creating personalized Behavioral Support Plans
