Full Job Description
What You'll Do:
• Lead a team of Behavior Technicians providing in-home ABA services to children (ages 3-18).
• Conduct assessments (remote), develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate closely with families to ensure meaningful outcomes.
• Mentor and support your team through ongoing feedback and professional development.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow BACB best practices.
• Enjoy flexibility - most sessions take place after school hours, and the position is fully remote.

*Location Note: While the position offers remote flexibility, candidates MUST reside in Georgia or within 50 miles of the Georgia Border. Candidate must be able to travel to Hinesville once a month to see clients.
