Key Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral support services to individuals under our care.
- Conduct appropriate assessments, including Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
- Serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team, delivering care appropriate to the ages and populations served.
- Instruct staff, family members, and/or legal guardians on how to implement BSPs through face-to-face instruction, role modeling, and coaching.
- Ensure proper documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide supervision to Registered Behavioral Technicians/RBTs.

Qualifications
Education:
Master99s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavioral Analysis or related field. BCBA certification required
Experience:
-
- A minimum of two years of experience designing and implementing behavior modification intervention services is preferred.
- Must have strong applied behavior analysis skills and significant experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders-2 years minimum
- Significant experience writing Positive Behavior support plans and conducting FBA99s- 2 years minimum preferred
- Training staff preferred
- Requires excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver99s license must be maintained.
