  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of care is completed.
  • Supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians/RBTs.

Up to $5000 sign on bonus depending on full or part time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide behavioral support services to individuals under our care.
  • Conduct appropriate assessments, including Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs).
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).

Qualifications

Education:

Master99s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavioral Analysis or related field. BCBA certification required

Experience:

    • A minimum of two years of experience designing and implementing behavior modification intervention services is preferred.
    • Must have strong applied behavior analysis skills and significant experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders-2 years minimum
    • Significant experience writing Positive Behavior support plans and conducting FBA99s- 2 years minimum preferred
    • Training staff preferred
    • Requires excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft Office applications.
    • Valid driver99s license must be maintained.
