Choose the caseload and compensation level that works for you.

BCBA compensation begins at $72,000 for an eight-client caseload, with the opportunity to earn $100,000+ by selecting a higher caseload. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all productivity model, Clarvida works collaboratively with each BCBA to establish a caseload based on earning goals, client needs, service intensity, geography, scheduling and clinical complexity.

Prefer greater work-life balance? Choose a smaller caseload. Want greater earning potential? Choose a larger caseload.

We9re looking for a full-time Behavior Analyst who is collaborative, compassionate, and excited to make a meaningful impact. With a thoughtfully managed small caseload of just 8-10 clients, you9ll have the time and space to build strong relationships and provide high-quality, individualized support. This role maintains a 23-hour weekly billable requirement, balanced in a way that supports both client care and professional sustainability.

Required Qualifications
• Master9s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or another Human Services discipline with an emphasis in Behavioral Analysis
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of North Carolina (or willingness to obtain licensure)
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training
• Organized, collaborative, and team-oriented professional demeanor
