Full Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY

As a School-Based BCBA, you lead behavior-change initiatives for students with autism spectrum disorder, emotional disturbance, and complex behavioral challenges. You conduct functional behavior assessments, design behavior intervention plans, supervise RBTs, manage clinical data systems, and collaborate with special education leadership to embed evidence-based behavior support across the school.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) including indirect assessment, direct observation, hypothesis development, and behavior function analysis

  • Develop individualized, data-driven behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with measurable goals, evidence-based procedures, and ongoing progress monitoring protocols

  • Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs: provide regular supervision meetings, review session data, ensure treatment fidelity, and support professional development

  • Manage RBT-to-BCBA caseload ratios with clearly documented supervision protocols and data accountability

  • Conduct staff training on ABA, behavior intervention implementation, crisis de-escalation, and positive classroom management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
