Salary: $85,000-$100,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities- Sign-on bonus available
- Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No Weekends! WFH options available.

What You'll Be Doing- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
- Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
RequirementsWhat you'll need- Active BCBA Certification (required)
- North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- A compassionate, team-oriented mindset
