What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a BCBA who:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIP's).
- Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support for RBT's, BTs, and clinical staff.
- Collect, analyze, and review client data to guide decision-making
- Collaborate with families to ensure consistency across home and other environments.
- Ensure services align with BACB ethical guidelines and insurance requirements.
- Participate in team meetings, clinical reviews, and professional development.

Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification (required)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-person services
Schedule / Work Set up:Monday-Friday, primarily daytime hours. Services are primarily in-person in the Clarksville area, with telehealth available when clinically appropriate and approved.
Salary / Compensation: $75,000-95,000 depending on experience.
