What You'll Do
As a BCBA, you'll provide clinical leadership while helping children and families reach meaningful goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop, oversee, and modify individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians
- Monitor treatment integrity and client progress
- Analyze clinical data to guide treatment decisions
- Conduct caregiver training and parent education
- Complete progress reports and required clinical documentation
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and monthly clinical meetings
- Provide ongoing staff training, coaching, and support
- Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery
Qualifications
We're looking for clinicians who are passionate about making a difference.
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related field
- Experience providing ABA services and clinical supervision
- Experience with electronic data collection and clinical documentation systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
- TB clearance and successful background screening
- Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred but not required
