What You'll Do
Clinical Impact:
- Design and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Apply advanced ABA strategies and update interventions
- Collaborate with families and lead training/workshops
Leadership & Mentorship:
- Supervise, coach, and train Behavior Technicians and junior BCBAs
- Mentor team members and lead clinical best practice discussions
- Support professional growth across the team
Operations & Collaboration:
- Manage caseload, billable hours, and schedules effectively
- Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in clinic initiatives, research, and program development
- Ensure client safety and lead crisis management when needed
What We're Looking For:
- Current BCBA/LBA certification (required - no LABAs at this time)
- 1+ year experience working with neurodiverse children
- Passion for working in clinic, home, and school settings
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Growth mindset and commitment to ongoing learning
- Reliable transportation
Schedule:
Monday-Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Location: Wenatchee, WA (in-person role across clinic + community settings)
Compensation & Benefits:
- $48-$53/hour (based on experience)
