Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000/year (based on experience)

Location: Hybrid in South Denver, CO region (Home-based for indirect hours + Travel to client sites)

At Instructional ABA Consultants (IABA), we are a BCBA-owned small business committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based services. We prioritize clinical integrity, flexibility, and meaningful outcomes for our clients.

We are seeking like-minded BCBAs who are passionate about behavior analysis, skilled in single-subject design, and dedicated to making data-driven decisions that lead to measurable progress.

As part of our team, you'll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule, complete indirect work remotely, and collaborate closely with families and staff to develop truly individualized treatment plans. We emphasize quality over quantity-no templated programs or required therapy minimums-just purposeful work that drives real change.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead new client intakes and functional behavior assessments.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor data-driven treatment plans using ABA principles and precision teaching.

  • Supervise RBTs with ongoing coaching and training.

  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA, ethical guidelines, and company policies.
  • Stay flexible and responsive to each clients' evolving needs.
  • Report to the Clinical Director.

Required Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in ABA or related field
  • Current BCBA certification (Required)
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Confidence in assessment, treatment design, and staff supervision
  • A passion for meaningful, individualized interventions
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • NPI and CAQH numbers
  • Background check clearance
  • CPR/First Aid required (QBS training provided if needed)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of clinical experience with children with autism/developmental disabilities
  • Experience with NET or Precision Teaching
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
