  • Total Compensation (Full-Time): Base salary $100,000 - $110,000 + quarterly performance incentives (up to $12,000 annually).

Competitive Compensation for Part-Time

Your Role as a BCBA at Butterfly Effects

As a key member of our interdisciplinary ABA team, you'll lead the charge in delivering family-centered therapy for children with autism. Your daily impact includes:
