Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our outpatient pediatric ABA clinic in
Jacksonville, North Carolina.

Our clinic-based setting allows you to be present, connected, and part of the daily progress children make through ABA therapy and collaboration with other pediatric therapy professionals.
Position Highlights- Outpatient, clinic-based ABA setting in Jacksonville, NC
- Full-time or part-time opportunities available
- Full-time sign-on bonus of $5,000
- Annual compensation of $90,000-$105,000
- Base salary plus monthly performance bonuses
- Clinic hours up to 6:00 PM
- Supportive team environment with strong clinical collaboration
- Opportunity to work as part of a multi-disciplinary pediatric therapy team
Responsibilities- Conduct behavioral assessments, design and implement measurable, evidence-based goals across environments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) while maintaining insurance standards and deadlines
- Supervise, train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Implement and supervise behavior data collection systems for continuous evaluation based on payor requirements and authorizations
- Conduct regular parent training and consultation based on payor requirements and authorizations
- Participate in weekly clinical meetings and monthly staff-wide trainings
- Communicate with insurance companies and other care providers
- Stay current on research and evidence-based practices
- Maintain accurate "CAQH" profile and NPI
- Collaborate with other disciplines, medical providers, and educators
- Manage electronic data collection system and store all records in the EMR
- Perform accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system and complete documentation of services promptly
- Adhere strictly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's Code of Ethics

Qualifications- Must be licensed as a BCBA.
- At least a Master's degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum preferred.
