HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our pediatric ABA clinic in Jacksonville, North Carolina.

- $5,000 sign-on/relocation bonus for Full-Time
- 25 billable hours per week for Full-Time BCBAs
- Monday–Friday schedule with sessions typically ending by 6:00 PM

Our clinic embraces a play-based, assent-based, child-led approach to ABA therapy. We focus on trusting relationships, motivation, and individualized treatment while using Natural Environment Teaching (NET) strategies based on clinical judgment and each child’s needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
- Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
- Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
- Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week

Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification and North Carolina licensure (or eligibility)-Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA in Jacksonville, NC
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
