HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team in Fayetteville, NC! We offer on-site CPR training as well as Safety-Care training for our BCBAs.

- Salary Range: $90,000 6 $107,000/year (base + monthly performance bonuses)

Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
- Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week
- Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
- Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification and North Carolina licensure (or eligibility)
- Master27s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
