HealthPRO Pediatrics | Columbus, GA | Full-Time

HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a motivatedBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)who wants to make an impact while building a path toward futureleadership opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total compensation:$85,000 6,000/yearbetween base salary + monthly bonus plans

Work Environment

  • In-Home ABA Services
  • Service Areas:Columbus, Ft. Moore, Midland, & Fortson, GA
  • Sustainable productivity expectations (25 billable hours/week)
  • Collaborative multidisciplinary team support

Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
  • Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
Qualifications
