HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to make an impact while building a path toward future leadership opportunities.

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total compensation: $85,000–$102,000/year between base salary + monthly bonus plans

Responsibilities

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral services. The BCBA conducts comprehensive assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Additionally, the BCBA provides essential supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), analyzing data and adjusting treatment plans to foster meaningful progress in communication, social, and adaptive skills.

  • Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
  • Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
