Location: Cameron, NC/Setting: Pediatric Outpatient ABA ClinicSalary: $90,000-$107,000/year between base salary + monthly bonus opportunities

Full-Time Sign-On Bonus: $5,000Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time, W2

HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our pediatric outpatient ABA clinic in Cameron, NC.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral assessments, design and implement measurable, evidence-based goals across environments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) while maintaining insurance standards and deadlines
  • Supervise, train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Implement and supervise behavior data collection systems for continuous evaluation based on payor requirements and authorizations
  • Conduct regular parent training and consultation based on payor requirements and authorizations
  • Participate in weekly clinical meetings and monthly staff-wide trainings
  • Communicate with insurance companies and other care providers
  • Stay current on research and evidence-based practices
  • Maintain accurate "CAQH" profile and NPI
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, medical providers, and educators
  • Manage electronic data collection system and store all records in the EMR
  • Perform accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system and complete documentation of services promptly
  • Adhere strictly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's Code of Ethics

Qualifications
  • Must be licensed as a BCBA.
