Merlin Day Academy, a fully integrated
educational and therapeutic environment for children ages
6-14years old with
autism spectrum disorder (ASD),
ADHD,
sensory processing disorder, and other
neurodiverse needs. This is an opportunity to combine
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a school-based, team-driven program that supports every student's growth.
About the RoleAs a
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Department Lead / Supervisor at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in our clinic while overseeing a team of
BCBAs. You'll support our clients
cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:
- Providing caregiver education and support
- Developing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
- Supervising and mentoring RBTs during Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions
- Collaborating with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workers
- Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to BCBAs to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth
Compensation & Benefits- Competitive Total Compensation: $105,000-113,000 which includes:
- $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
- Base Salary: $80,000-$85,000
