OverviewCompensation & Earning PotentialOur Center-Based BCBAs receive a competitive base salary of $90,000-$110,000, based on experience and level, with the opportunity to earn substantial quarterly bonuses to earn up to an additional $40,000 annually through our quarterly bonus program.
What that can look like:
- 25 billables/week: $90,000-$110,000 (base salary)
- 27 billables/week: $100,000-$120,000
- 30 billables/week: $113,000-$133,000
- 32 billables/week: $122,000-$142,000
- 34 billables/week: Up to $130,000-$150,000

Schedule & Caseload- Schedule: Center hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. No nights, no weekends!
- Caseload: Small caseloads of 6 kiddos (max caseload of 7 kiddos for our more experienced BCBAs).
ResponsibilitiesAs a Center-based BCBA, you will:- Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand your clients
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans and plan evidence-based interventions
- Train, supervise, and support a small team of RBTs dedicated to your clients
- Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and the quality assurance team to achieve optimal client outcomes
- Coordinate with and train caregivers to empower them as partners in their child's progress
QualificationsAbout You:- You need to have a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- You need to be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience supervising the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.
- You need to be licensed in the state you are applying to or actively pursuing licensure at the time of hire.
- You need to be dedicated to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care to our clients and their families.
Physical DemandsThe physical requirements here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions.
- Movements in response to aggressive and self-injurious behavior
- Ability to move quickly and confidently to intervene in situations when protective carries or environmental arrangements are deemed necessary
- Ability to pursue a bolting student, including but not limited to: running, moving quickly from side to side
- Successful completion of Safety Care training and Re-Certifications
- Including but not limited to: pivoting, knee squats, shuffling front and backwards, and carrying children
