National Certification by Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Master's Degree in a relevant field from an accredited University.
Completion of an 8-hour online, competency-based training module on BACB experience standards (preferred).
Familiar with relevant diagnostic tools and procedures.
Knowledge of sensory and behavioral strategies.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial evaluations to tailor programming and therapy plans.
Maintain comprehensive therapy plans detailing client goals and progress.
Evaluate client progress and prepare necessary reports for insurance and guardians.
Arrange and lead meetings with parents for ongoing communication and training.
Provide a minimum of 10% direct and indirect supervision for each client weekly.
Deliver assigned therapy hours each week while documenting clinical notes.
Complete documentation for pre-authorizations, evaluations, assessments, and progress reports.

Conduct initial evaluation to determine appropriate programming, frequency and therapy plan.
Maintain a comprehensive therapy plan for each client; long range goals, short range objectives, activities related to these objectives and an evaluation of progress toward these objectives.
Evaluate and prepare required reports as dictated by insurance parties per request from parents/guardians.
Arrange parent meetings to maintain communication and training with the family.
Maintain a minimum 10% direct supervision and a minimum 10% indirect supervision per week for each client.
Clinical Supervisory Responsibilities
Provide assigned targeted caseload hours per week of direct therapy, while maintaining timely professional documentation of clinical notes for direct patience care provided.
Completion of documentation for all pre-authorizations, initial evaluations, assessments, insurance reports and progress reports.
Qualifications
