Description

Brightside ABA is looking for a well-qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to start our newest location in Omaha, NE. This position is ideal for a BCBA to move up and grow with us as we expand in the area!

Hourly: $100/hour

Salary: $115k-150k/year

Job Type: Part-time/Full-Time

What we ask of you

Perform These Essential Job Functions
  • Manage Staff - Provide supervision and training for RBTs and BCaBAs.
  • Parent Training -Work collaboratively with parents / caregivers to implement a structured parent training programming.
  • Assessments & Plan Writing - Produce accurate Assessments, Reassessments, and effective Behavior Plans.
  • Data Analysis - Conduct functional analysis, weekly data analysis, and tracking data outcomes for fidelity.
  • Schedule Management - Maintain your patient and RBT schedules for parent training and treatment.
  • Knowledge of Technology - MS Word, MS, Excel, MS PowerPoint, Internet, Email, Data Collection Systems, Locate journal articles and information related to treatment.
  • Evaluation & Fidelity - Conduct program evaluation, competency and fidelity measures, and revise programming as needed.
  • Ethics Compliance - Maintain compliance with BACB ethics code and treatment guidelines from CASP and BHCOE.
