Role Overview

As a BCBA on our team, your week looks like this: morning sessions running assessments and shaping treatment plans, afternoons mentoring the BTs and RBTs who carry your programming forward, and ongoing touchpoints with parents who are counting on real progress at home. You'll own the clinical direction for a caseload of clients receiving ABA therapy, with the autonomy to design programs that actually fit the kid in front of you — not the caseload average. BlueSprig backs that work with the supervision ratios, supports, and clinical infrastructure that make it sustainable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and direct customized treatment plans shaped around each client's unique needs — never one-size-fits-all templates.
  • Adhere fully to BACB ethical codes, state-level requirements, and payer-specific guidelines.
  • Perform functional behavior assessments and refine programming using data and clinical insight.
  • Oversee and coach Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide top-quality ABA services.
  • Deliver substantive family coaching and parent training to carry treatment progress into the home setting.
  • Help foster a positive, integrity-led culture that values client progress over billable-hour benchmarks.
  • Engage with our compassion-driven clinical committees to exchange best practices and elevate care standards.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Current BCBA or BCaBA credentialing from the BACB (or current RBT credentialing along with active graduate-program enrollment leading to BCBA certification).
  • Solid command of BACB ethical standards and the relevant state and payer requirements.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a closely related discipline (where BCBA certified).
  • Capable of clearing a background screening that includes review of criminal records and driving history.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Effective written and spoken communication abilities for family engagement and treatment record-keeping.
  • Previous experience guiding behavior technicians or RBTs within a center-based ABA program.
  • Background in building parent and caregiver training curricula.
  • Curiosity about participating in applied research or presenting work at industry conferences.

What We Offer

  • 15 paid days off plus 9 annual holidays
  • Monthly incentive plan offering up to $18,000 in extra annual earnings
  • Hybrid scheduling — one remote workday per week subject to center needs
  • Yearly merit-based pay raises
  • Professional Development Stipend of up to $1,000
  • Robust benefits package with wellness offerings and 401(k) matching
  • Round-the-clock access to a catalog of 100+ free CEUs
  • As many as 26 live CEU sessions each year, including our Annual Clinical Conference
  • Referral bonuses for bringing in new BTs, RBTs, and BCBAs
  • Connection to five clinical committees and leading professionals in the field
