Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement treatment plans
• Strong leadership and supervision skills for managing BTs/RBTs
• Excellent communication skills for conducting training and sessions

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for clients
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians (BTs) and registered behavior technicians (RBTs)
• Facilitate training sessions for parents to enhance skill application at home
• Track and analyze data to monitor progress on treatment goals
• Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate client care
• Stay informed on the latest developments in ABA and related fields
