Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) accreditation
• Experience in conducting assessments and creating treatment plans
• Strong supervision skills with ability to lead BTs/RBTs
• Knowledge of parent training techniques
• Proficient in data collection and analysis
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary coordination
• Commitment to staying current with ABA practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and regular reassessments
• Create tailored treatment plans for clients
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Lead Parent Training sessions to enhance client support
• Design and oversee data collection processes for treatment goals
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
• Promote a healthy work-life balance within the team.
