Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Knowledge of data collection methods and treatment goal monitoring
• Familiarity with current research and best practices in ABA and related fields.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and periodic reassessments for clients
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Provide training and ongoing support to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians
• Lead Parent Training sessions to empower families
• Develop and monitor data collection for all treatment objectives
• Coordinate care with other health professionals for holistic treatment
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in ABA and ensure best practices are followed.
