Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full Time

Location: In-Person | 301 S Prospect Rd, Suite 2, Bloomington, IL 61704

Schedule: Full-Time | Daytime

What You'll Do

  • Manage a small caseload of 6-8 clients while maintaining a billable expectation of 28 hours
  • Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and Lead Therapists to ensure high-quality care and support professional growth
  • Analyze data trends, monitor treatment fidelity, and adjust programming based on client progress and clinical needs
  • Collaborate closely with families by providing parent coaching, progress updates, and ongoing support to promote consistency across settings
  • Lead interdisciplinary discussions, clinical team meetings, and collaborative problem-solving to support each child's development

  • Must hold a master's degree in ABA and have an active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Must hold an active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in the State of Illinois.

Competitive Pay Based on Your Experience & Education:
  • Annual Starting Salary: $80,000 - $89,000, based on experience
  • Eligibility to earn up to $11,400 in annual bonus potential
  • Annual continuing education stipend of $1,000
