Description

As a national leader in providing services to individuals with disabilities and mental illness, we're seeking dedicated leaders to join our St. Louis office as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA is responsible for successfully conducting applied behavior analysis and therapy with individuals within Benchmark Human Services (BHS) or that have contracts with BHS to provide these services.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide direct behavior analysis services, including implementing treatment plans, conducting FBAs, monitoring progress, updating goals, maintaining materials, and completing documentation.
  • Develop individualized behavior therapy goals aligned with each person's support plan.
  • Conduct behavior assessments, implement behavior plans, and provide required staff and caregiver training.
  • Monitor client progress and prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and discharge reports with service recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, session notes, and timely billing for therapy and consultation services.
  • Manage and maintain a caseload of at least 100 billable hours per month while scheduling new clients.
  • Travel to client homes and other service locations to provide therapy, consultations, and meetings as needed.
  • Collaborate with therapists, interdisciplinary teams, and community agencies to ensure consistent, high-quality services.
  • Provide clinical support and oversight to RBTs, BCaBAs, and PLBAs while participating in program development and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), psychology, education, or a related field required.
  • Current BCBA license required.
  • Experience supporting adults with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), and/or other behavioral or mental health needs.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a BCBA.
