Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with a master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Experience with VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized ABA programs for children with autism.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with parents and team members to ensure effective program execution.
• Monitor progress and modify interventions based on data and outcomes.
• Provide training and support to staff and caregivers in ABA techniques.
