Full Job Description
Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to be responsible for daily management of an assigned caseload. This person will provide ongoing development, training, implementation and monitoring of the systems of support, including but not limited to Positive Behavior Intervention and Support and Behavior Plans for persons supported by Aspire. Key Responsibilities: • Stays current with trends in the field and ensures that best practices are implemented. Below outlines key aspects of the roles and responsibilities this position holds: • Works within a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary team to ensure Aspire's standards, best practice standards, and regulatory standards are met. It is essential that the BCBA participates in agency wide, state specific and stakeholder committees as assigned. • Depending on service provision standards, may have oversight of other areas, including behavior modifying medication or restrictive practices, such as seclusions or environmental restrictions. • Completes assessments and related requirements in compliance with the service provision cycle for individuals on the respective caseload. Qualifications: • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education (in school settings only), etc. • Current certification, in good standing, as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills • Computer skills • Must have satisfactory background checks • Valid driver's license and safe driving record Working Conditions: • Primary work will be done within the operation setting as required to fulfill their job duties. • Lift/carry up to 10 pounds; speaking; standing; sitting for long periods of time; reaching; bending; walking; reaching with arms and hands, balancing; using fingers to handle or feel.
