Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certificate required.
• Experience with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Proven background in working with developmental disabilities.
• Requires reliable vehicle and driver's license for travel.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design tailored treatment plans of care for clients.
• Supervise and monitor behavior technicians’ progress.
• Create and implement positive behavioral treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing training and support to ABA technicians.
• Communicate assessment results and treatment recommendations to families with care and empathy.
• Graph data and adjust strategies to ensure continuous client progress.
