What Your Role Will Look Like
- 3 BCBA openings across the district
- K-12 district-wide assignment across all school buildings
- Full-Time positions
Role Overview:- Support students with high autism/ASD support needs across the district
- Oversee and provide guidance to RBTs and CBTs
- Support Structured Learning Center programming district-wide
- Collaborate with educational teams to develop behavior intervention strategies
Service Model Includes:- Direct behavioral support consultation
- Staff collaboration and team-based intervention planning
- District-wide behavioral programming support
Additional Support Structures:- Close collaboration with district behavioral support teams
- Opportunity to supervise and mentor behavioral support staff

Qualifications- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Eligible for or holding active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and meeting applicable Washington State professional practice requirements
- Strong collaboration skills and interest in school-based practice
