Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across educational settings in Lakewood Washington. In this role, you will provide leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create meaningful, evidence-based supports that promote student success.

Responsibilities- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) in accordance with applicable state, district, and professional guidelines
- Develop evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) aligned with student IEPs and educational goals
- Design ABA-based programs targeting communication, adaptive skills, social-emotional development, and positive behavior
- Train, coach, and supervise RBTs, paraeducators, and behavior technicians
- Support staff in implementing behavior plans with consistency and fidelity
- Establish data-collection systems, analyze student progress, and adjust interventions based on outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, SLPs, OTs, administrators, families, and other members of the educational team
- Participate in IEP meetings, consultations, and multidisciplinary planning
- Maintain accurate assessments, progress reports, treatment documentation, and supervision records
- Follow the BACB Ethics Code and all applicable state, district, and agency policies
Qualifications- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience conducting FBAs and developing ABA-based behavior interventions
- Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively across diverse school environments and student populations
- Ability to meet applicable Washington State and school-district requirements
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working in Washington public schools or early-intervention programs
- Familiarity with Washington State IEP processes and multi-tiered systems of support
- Previous experience supervising RBTs, paraeducators, or behavior technicians
- Experience supporting students with autism, developmental disabilities, or significant behavioral needs
