About the Role Hi, BCBA! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a school-based position in
Bennettsville, SC.
What You'll Do - Full-time position, in-person only
- Develop and implement functional behavior intervention plans aligned with individual education programs (IEPs)
- Design crisis intervention plans to ensure student safety
- Implement effective data collection systems for behavior goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, Special Services Directors, school teams, and educators to set academic and behavioral targets
- Support students with behavior challenges using evidence-based practices
What We're Looking For - MUST HAVE: National BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Experience with behavior management, and data collection
