HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a motivatedBoard Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) who wants to make an impact on thier community!

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total compensation: $85,000 $95,000/yearbetween base salary + monthly bonus plans

Work Environment

  • In-Center Services ABA
  • Service Areas:Cameron, NC
  • Sustainable productivity expectations (25 billable hours/week)
  • Collaborative multidisciplinary team support
Responsibilities
  • Run and oversee behavioral + functional assessments - the fun ones like VB-MAPP and Vineland!

  • Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans that actually work in real lifehome, community, and center.

  • Train, support, and cheer on your RBT team like the clinical rockstars they are.

  • Lead meaningful parent training sessions that empower families.

Qualifications
  • Must be licensed as a BCaBA.
  • At least a Bachelors/Masters degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum.
