Pay Range:

$42-$48/hour

For the 26/27 SY| $42-$48/hour | Full-Time | Indianapolis, IN | Holds a currentBCaBA Certification

About the Role: As a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in a school setting, you will support the assessment and treatment of students with behavioral and developmental needs under the supervision of a BCBA. You will assist with implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs), collect and analyze behavioral data, provide direct behavioral support, and collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote positive student outcomes. You will also help monitor student progress, make data-informed recommendations, and support the consistent implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies across the school environment.
