Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of Service Technician experience REQUIRED, preferably with BMW or a similar level German manufacturer, Luxury, Imports, or Domestic brands.
  • BMW Certified level or higher is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • ASE Certifications required.
  • Demonstrated dexterity, with excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Proficient mechanical and troubleshooting skills, coupled with the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
  • Positive, friendly attitude, coupled with an eagerness to learn and improve.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment, fostering effective collaboration.
  • Willingness to adapt to new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Execute vehicle repair and maintenance work outlined on repair orders with efficiency and precision, adhering to dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to efficiently manage production and ensure seamless customer communication.
  • Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform authorized repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Document all work performed on each vehicle on the repair order with meticulous detail.
