About the Role

The primary responsibility will be supporting the successful integration and transition of acquired companies into our Global Consumer Tax - Block Advisors organization. The qualified candidate will be a member of a highly visible team working closely with the Market Vice President, Regional Director, District General Manager (local leadership), and the A&D Integration Manager to successfully integrate new acquired businesses into Block Advisors, test different operating models, provide recommendations to improve the operating models and deliver financial results over and above acquisition business cases.

This position requires a highly collaborative individual with strong process and project management skills with the ability to coordinate relationships across multiple functional areas, third party providers and field leadership.

Day to day, you'll...

  • Execute and test the model as designed to ensure we are gaining quality learnings and acting on these learnings to refine the model so it can be broadly implemented and captured in a multi-year roadmap. Accelerate business growth through implementation of the operating model
  • Partner with cross functional teams (Pricing, IT, Strategy, A&D, etc.) to inform, influence and work to develop roadmaps, solutions, etc. in support of the identified business model. This individual is the face of the business and will help shape/integrate the needs of this business into other cross-functional teams roadmaps
  • Articulate and drive H&R Block strategies and priorities, adapting messaging for local market relevancy. Identifies and recommends solutions for a consistent business approach, but remains sensitive to the individual business needs of each office
  • Influence the behaviors of associates by serving as a resource and promoting the adoption of company programs and products
  • Execute policies and procedures in each office that increase revenues, control expenses, and promote client satisfaction
  • This inlcudes acquiring the right talent and managing the Talent Lifecycle of the associates in the assigned offices
  • Regularly communicates to senior management regarding the status of specific project deliverables. Perform analysis and assessment activities to provide stakeholders with timely updates


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
  • 8 years minimum related work experience
  • Travel 50%-70% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communication (written, oral and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Project Management
  • Proven track record of driving results through people, including a working knowledge of organizational planning techniques, goal development, hiring, training, and work standards
  • Remote leadership experience is a must

Pay Range Information

The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or their eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage; can participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k) Plan), the Employee Assistance Program, (virtual) fitness center programs, and the associate discount program; are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit.
Pay Range

$101,200.00 - $161,900.00/Yr.
