Our strategies include Absolute Return, Multi-Strategy, Total Portfolio Management, and Public Real Assets.

Product Management TeamOverview:

Within BXMA, the Product Management team sits at the intersection of theinvestment andclient-facing organizations and serves as the firms center of excellence for investment product content, spanning strategy, system and execution. The team partners closely withvarious Investment teams, Client Investment Strategy, and Institutional Client Solutions (ICS)to shape how our strategies are understood, positioned, and delivered to the market.

Product Managementis responsible forthe development, governance, and continuous enhancement of all client- and prospect-facing investment materials including marketing presentations,portfolioand performance reviews, recurring and customized reporting, due diligence questionnaires, and responses to analytical and product-related inquiries.

The teamoperatesin a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Success requires combining deep investment knowledge with execution excellence to ensure that all externally facing product content is analytically rigorous, commercially aligned, and delivered with exceptional quality and precision.



Role Overview 6Associate, Product Management

The Associate will support Product ManagementonBXMAs investment platform, workingon one or moreproduct verticals to deliver high-quality client and prospect-facing materials. This role plays a critical part in executing the teams mandate by responding to client inquiries, producing analytical outputs, and developingclientservice and marketingcontent that accurately and effectivelyrepresentsthe firms strategies.


Associates are expected to build strong foundational product knowledge over time while developing the analytical, communication, and project management skillsrequiredto support bothcommercial andinvestment stakeholders.


Key dimensions of the role include:

ClientService and MarketingSupport 6Responding to a wide range of client and prospect inquiries by producingtimely,accurate, and well-structured materials.

Content Development & Production 6Creating andmaintainingclient- and prospect-facing materials, including marketing presentations, portfolio review decks, and customized presentations.

Data Analytics 6Producing recurring and ad-hoc reporting deliverables, including performance summaries and portfolio analytics, using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Sigma, Tableau.

Quality Control 6Maintaining a high standard of quality across all outputs, including numerical accuracy, formatting precision, and visual consistency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration 6Working with Investment, Sales, Client Service, Operations, and Compliance teams to gather inputs,validateinformation, and ensure deliverables meet both business and regulatory requirements.

Learning & Development 6Building foundational knowledge of investment products, portfolio construction, and performance drivers.

Role Requirements & Success Profile

Experience & Professional Background
- 2+ years of experience in investment management,investment banking,financial analysis, reporting, consulting, ora relateddata science or quantitative role
- Exposure to financial markets, portfolio analytics, or content preferred
- Experience working in a deadline-driven, high-output environment

Technical & Analytical Capabilities
- Advanced proficiencyin Excel and financial modeling, including structuring, auditing, and troubleshooting complex analyses. Comfort working directly with raw data sets in SQL, tabular data manipulation, and data visualization platforms. Some experience with Python a plus.

- Basic understanding of investment concepts, including performance measurement, benchmarks, and portfolio construction
- High degree of comfort working with data sets and transforming them in line with business logic

Expected annual base salary range:

$120,000 - $150,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individuals experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstones sole discretion.
