Job Title:

Senior Associate

 

Job Description:              

The Portfolio Management Sr. Associate will work to manage various comingled funds and SMA’s investing for BXCI’s Infrastructure & Asset Based Credit platform. The main areas of responsibility include:

  • Partnering with asset class teams to implement strategic and tactical asset allocation decisions, including evaluating & underwriting deployment opportunities in furtherance of overall portfolio objectives
  • Monitoring asset class valuations, market structure, and macro conditions to contribute to positioning recommendations
  • Assisting with management of fund liquidity, balance sheet positioning, and tracking of capital inflow / deployment pipeline
  • Developing and maintaining portfolio models, performance & risk analytics, and other relevant monitoring / reporting tools for portfolio review meetings
  • Supporting the onboarding of new partnerships and ongoing client service requirements in partnership with BXCI Institutional Client Solutions
  • Leading portfolio management process enhancements across automation initiatives, technology buildouts, and cross-function workflow optimization
  • Developing strategic asset allocation approach and customized proposals for new clients subject to specific portfolio objectives and constraints
  • Overseeing reporting and client interaction for existing funds and clients

 

Qualifications:

Expected annual base salary range:

$150,000 - $215,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
