Job DescriptionProvide support to the Bank Relations & Capital Formation team with respect to liability capital markets, financing, and bank relationship management activities for the Credit & Insurance business ("BXCI"). Responsibilities will include the following:
- Work closely with the portfolio management teams and banking teams to build efficient financing structures and portfolios
- Prepare financing proposals and presentations, and assist in due diligence for both existing and prospective lenders
- Assist in capital markets activities for the issuance of private and public bonds out of select BXCI funds
- Prepare materials and market updates for debt investors, banks, fund boards, and asset liability committee
- Maintain quarterly bank engagement data and participate in idea generation meetings with bank partners to assist in the holistic management of BXCI's bank relationships
- Interface with capital raising and distribution partners, portfolio managers, external and in-house counsel, risk, middle office / operations, and custodians
- Conduct ongoing risk management and analysis of financing and capital structures for BXCI's funds
- Manage data analysis and rating agency interactions to manage asset ratings for financing vehicles

In addition to strong analytical skills, the successful candidate should meet the following qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree
- 2+ years of experience, ideally within management / strategy consulting, capital markets, or advisory related services. Experience and familiarity with credit investing and leveraged finance markets is a plus
- Strong financial analysis, data management, and presentation skills
- A high degree of proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills, including identifying trends and insights from raw data sets
- High degree of motivation and works well independently
- Experienced in handling multiple tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally and manage both internal and external business relationships

Expected annual base salary range:$125,000 - $175,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone's sole discretion.
