The BIT Program Manager will apply knowledge & analytic skills to support multiple IT applications to identify customer business requirements . Capture, analyze, and communicate timely , accurate , & actionable tasks to drive complex findings/business needs through resolution. In this position you'll effectively translate business needs & requirements into an efficient process, data flow, and system integrations flow to steer discussions with stakeholders through resolution . You'll work in a team to drive application product portfolio to deliver solutions for the entire US cross-functional business teams . Key Accountabilities: - Manage US NetOPS Clearance & Gateway portfolio - Deliver multiple large programs simultaneously using Waterfall or Agile program management methodologies - Manage programs requiring coordination and communication with customers, Global, Region and Country groups - Implement program management processes to provide product roadmap, change management, program status/ updates and communications to all program stakeholders - Create business justification presentations to stakeholders and management - Provide impact assessment, collaborate on technical design and solutions with relevant parties, manage build/acceptance test stages from initial to deployment/transition to support Skills/Qualifications: - BS/BA in related disciple and 5 years of experience in related field of MSMA - Ability to lead and drive large programs across different business groups of stakeholders - Technical knowledge of DHL Express Global application portfolio - Experience Professional contributor with responsibility for an advanced area of work in professional IT fields - Professional certification PMP/Prince2/Scrum Master is preferred - Project Management experience a must - Experience in writing business & technical documents - Clear and concise program status communication to all stakeholders - Proactive risks and issues management to avoid impact to programs - Manage hardware and software vendors Employee Benefits & Incentives DHL Express benefits and incentive offerings are designed to reflect a substantial experience for both employees and their dependents during their career and life journey.
