In this role, the successful BioPharma Account Executive will promote and sell Bio-Rad Genomics and Proteomics solutions including Droplet Digital PCR, qPCR, imaging, and Western Blotting workflows along with associated reagents to achieve revenue targets. Execute a disciplined sales process through territory planning, pipeline development, and opportunity management. Collaborate with sales peers (Cell Biology, Global Strategic Accounts) and Field Application Scientists to uncover and advance opportunities while providing customers a complete view of Bio-Rad solutions. Engage cross-functional partners (Technical Support, Customer Care, Marketing, and other internal teams) to deliver an excellent customer experience end to end. Provide regular updates to the Regional Manager on pipeline health, sales activity, market dynamics, and revenue forecasting. Communicate clearly and professionallyboth internally and with customersthrough strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Location: This position covers the California region. The individual must live within a geography that allows them to visit customers on-site on a daily basis.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $121,200 to $166,700 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for quarterly commission based on assigned sales quotas.
