BIM Specialist / VDC Specialist

Job Summary: You are fascinated with Building Information Modeling, drafting, and designing buildings. You're passionate about making commercial buildings more efficient. You love to collaborate with a technically proficient team. And you never stop growing.

Salas O'Brien is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented BIM Specialist to join our team. This role will support Architects, Engineers, and technical design staff in the development and coordination of Building Information Models (BIM) across multiple project types, including commercial office, mission critical/data centers, telecommunications, and industrial facilities.

The BIM Specialist will contribute to the development of BIM models at LOD 200, 300, and 350 to support design documentation, coordination, and construction deliverables. This role will also support broader BIM and Digital Delivery initiatives through the development and maintenance of BIM content, standards, and workflows.

This position reports to the BIM Manager and works as an integrated member of multidisciplinary project teams.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
