Work with Family Development Team for the revised standards or for a project9s needs.

Create project specific families for projects they are leading.

Lead and supervise modeling and documenting a project.

Schedule and assign work to meet project deliverable dates.

Clean and purge background drawings/models for use in REI model.

Create Rosendin Revit model using backgrounds from other trades.

Work with project Coordinators and Detailers.

Supervise the layout and input of marked d drawings into Revit in accordance with REI Standards.

Back check others9 work for accuracy before passing it on to the project team.

Associate degree in Computerized Drafting or related discipline

Minimum 5 years9 total experience with knowledge of electrical symbols and electrical drafting conventions and standards

Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience

Advanced working knowledge of the most current modeling applications software in use by REI, including being able to create and manipulate Revit families, views, browser structure, sheets, schedules, filters, and similar Revit functions

Give verbal and general written direction well and turn that direction into appropriate, working design documents

Complete understanding of REI BIM processes and procedures including workflow processes

Skills obtained beyond the building elements would be creating simple parametric families, utilizing shared parameters, creating schedules, and creating complex geometry

Fluency in the current version of Revit software employed by the Department

Fluency in reading 2D plans, electronically or hard copy
