Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead the advancement of WSP's Digital/Information Management standards, including data strategy and quality control.
  • Develop and keep core BIM frameworks up-to-date, such as Digital Twin strategies and BIM Execution Plans.
  • Advise project teams through all phases, from Schematic Design to Facilities Management.
  • Create and implement BIM Execution Plans and LOIN matrices, coordinating with clients and contractors.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Autodesk Forma project sites hosted by WSP.
  • Set up project models and oversee drawing packages and digital workflows.
  • Conduct health checks on models and ensure compliance with digital processes across projects.
  • Encourage automation and support data-driven design in project teams.

In this role, you will help shape digital project delivery for some of the most complex and meaningful buildings projects in Canada. As part of our Digital Services & Advisory team, you will influence how information is created, coordinated, shared, and used across the full project lifecycle - from design through construction and into operations.
Your Impact
  • Lead and support the evolution of WSP's Digital/Information Management standards, including data strategy, model governance, and quality control.
  • Develop and maintain core BIM frameworks such as Digital Twin strategies, Model and Data Standards, CDE protocols, and BIM Execution Plans.
  • Provide Digital Advisory guidance to project teams at all stages - Schematic Design to Facilities Management.
  • Champion the creation, implementation, and ongoing fulfillment of BIM Execution Plans, LOIN matrices and MIDP's, coordinating with internal teams, clients, and contractors.
  • Support and troubleshoot Autodesk Forma project sites hosted by WSP.
  • Oversee project model setup, drawing packages, discipline coordination, and digital workflows.
  • Conduct model health checks and ensure teams adhere to project-specific digital processes.
  • Promote automation opportunities, supporting project teams in making data-driven design decisions.
The Skills That Set You Apart
  • 10+ years delivering advanced Digital programs on complex projects within the AECO industry, including Construction Administration.
  • Advanced experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and Autodesk Forma (including Forma Build).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office / SharePoint / Teams; familiarity with Power BI is an asset.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 - $118,900
MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $81,100 - $107,700
