Billing Excellence Lead - Hiscox US

Overview:

The Billing Excellence Lead is responsible for driving continuous improvement and process excellence within the billing function. This role focuses on transformation, innovation, and strategic enablement-leading process design, improvement projects, and supporting programs run through the Transformation Office and Operations Delivery. The role is critical to enabling scalable, customer-centric billing operations that support business growth and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts for billing processes, identifying and implementing best practices and automation opportunities.
  • Design and optimize billing workflows to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Act as SME for billing on transformation programs, collaborating with the Transformation Office and cross-functional teams.
  • Support the implementation of new billing technologies, ensuring alignment with operational goals and compliance standards.
  • Support reconciliation processes between billing systems, payments, and general ledger
  • Analyze billing data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver training and change management initiatives to embed process improvements.
  • Track and report on improvement outcomes, including cost savings, cycle time reduction, and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for billing excellence initiatives.

Salary Range: $100-$120k
