Nous recherchons un(e) chargé(e) de recrutement bilingue (français/anglais) en ingénierie, à fort impact et de niveau intermédiaire, pour soutenir notre portefeuille Aérospatiale et Défense. Dans ce rôle, vous collaborerez avec les gestionnaires techniques et les gestionnaires du recrutement afin d'attirer et d'embaucher les meilleurs talents en ingénierie pour des programmes critiques, notamment en aéronautique, systèmes de défense, avionique et fabrication de pointe.

Cette opportunité vous permettra d'évoluer au carrefour de la stratégie de recrutement, du recrutement technique et de la veille concurrentielle, et de contribuer activement aux résultats de recrutement pour des programmes d'ingénierie essentiels.

Responsabilités Principales :
• Stratégie de recrutement : Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de recrutement ciblées pour les postes d'ingénierie aérospatiale et de défense (systèmes, avionique, mécanique, logiciel, systèmes embarqués et fabrication).
• Gestion bilingue des candidats : Rechercher, sélectionner et interagir avec les candidats en français et en anglais, en leur offrant une expérience personnalisée et consultative.
• Partenariat avec les intervenants : Collaborer avec les responsables du recrutement, les gestionnaires de projet et les équipes opérationnelles afin de comprendre les exigences techniques, les échéanciers des projets et les priorités de recrutement.

Compétences et Expériences Requises:

In this role, you will partner with technical leaders and hiring managers to attract and hire top engineering talent across critical programs, including aeronautics, defense systems, avionics, and advanced manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Strategy: Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies for aerospace and defense engineering roles (systems, avionics, mechanical, software, embedded, and manufacturing)
• Bilingual Candidate Engagement: Source, screen, and engage candidates in both French and English, providing a high-touch, consultative candidate experience
• Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with hiring managers, program leads, and delivery teams to understand technical requirements, project timelines, and hiring priorities
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray, niche engineering platforms)

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $62,874 - $147,504.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
